Bravo Sealed Wing System

The Bravo Wing System from Custom Divers has a built-in urethane middle wall that provides two separate compartments within one sealed envelope. By simply adding a second inflate hose assembly and over pressure valve this unique innovation becomes a dual bladder system. and also makes it easy to swap the side to which the inflate hose is run. Other features include hose re-routing slots that enables you to feed hoses on the inner side of the wing and keep hoses tidy with less chance of snagging. The Bravo may also be used with or without backplates making it an ideal travel wing. Complete systems are supplied dressed with inflator hose wrap, harness shoulder pads, comfort pad, accessory pouch, crutch strap and scooter ring.

Custom Divers Pony Cylinder Coupling

Used to mount a pony cylinder or a torch battery housing. The female half of the coupling has slots to enable the BCD belt to be threaded through. This remains on the jacket belt so that when removed it returns to the same position when refitted to the main tank. The male half is attached to the tank or battery housing with two bands which are supplied with the couplings. To fit, simply sleeve one in to the other and lock off by fitting the locking pin. Twin Bands (inc extended bolt kit)

Custom Divers TDB Wings (Twin bladder)

The TDB Wings from Custom Divers is a twin bladder unit with 300N/66lbs lift per bladder. A durable silicone bungee cord runs around the centre of the wing giving the user the most streamlined profile possible and also helps in the deflation of the wing. The TDB is a low profile wing system with pull down remote exhaust valve. The back panel of the wing has webbing slots for single and twin tank mounting and back plate height adjustment holes. The backplate is multi-holed to allow any configuration. The technical harness is one size, fully adjustable with adjustable D-Rings & Billy rings. The harness is fully adjustable from both shoulders with single or dual shoulder break points.

Custom Divers Sportster BCD

The Sportster makes a perfect travel wing for the sports diver and is an ideal wing for single cylinder diving. The standard Sportster wing has a 35 lbs lift capability and includes a formed backplate with integral lift handle plus two tank bands. The comfort harness system comprises eight stainless steel D rings, height-adjustable chest strap, inflation hose retainers, crutch strap/scooter ring and hose wrap sleeve.

It should be strong, durable, simple but at the same time should be comfortable, flexible and easily adjustable. The TDB's harness meets all these requirements. The harness crosses over behind the neck to maximise security of fitment and minimise cylinder roll, providing optimum balance and control.

Twin Tank Lift Bar

The cylinder lift bar is designed to comfortably lift twinned cylinders on both manifolded and non-manifolded systems. Fitting the lift bar will prevent stress to the manifold itself and o-ring seats.

For manifolded tank configurations the lift bar is positioned just below the manifold and therefore takes the full weight of the cylinders. The fully adjustable system allows fitting to twinned 7ltr to 20ltr tank configurations.
