- click the "Add to Cart" button
- wherever you are on waterfrontscuba.com, you can add items to your basket in the same way
- you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "Checkout" button
- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
- post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket.
- click the "Checkout" button when you have finished shopping.
- fill in the order details on the secure form.

You can also place an order by phone, fax or mail.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 7 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging i.e. manufacturers boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Please see Delivery for details.

TAX CHARGES (VAT)

All the prices shown in our store include VAT @ 15%. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.

IMPORT DUTY OR TAX

Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. Delivery Schedule Orders received up to 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day providing we have the item/s in stock otherwise you will be contacted to let you know what sort of timeframe we are looking at.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as we receive your order and you will have the option of us putting it on back order for you. At which point you will have the option of cancelling the order if you wouldnot like to wait.
