Waterfront Scuba is pleased to announce our up coming Southern Red Sea live abroad trip taking place on August the 29th for one week ending on the 5th September.
You’re fly from Gatwick airport straight to Marsa departing from the UK at 10.00am and arriving in sunny Egypt at 4.45pm.
Unlike most Southern trips there’s no long coach journey to endure from Hurghada to the boat, in fact your only 20 mins away from the boat when you land. I can also promise you an itinerary that isn’t usually offered on these trips. Waterfront scuba has arranged that we take in all the best sites of the Southern Red Sea. We go to the Brother Islands, Daedalus Island and Rocky Island. But don’t worry we wont be losing any days to traveling as we will sail through the night.
There will be a full range of both TDI and Padi course’s available and should you wish to dive the deep wrecks of the SS Maidon or SS Zelott you can.
Grand Sea Serpent is the Southern Egyptian Red Sea liveaboard to be on, dedicated to the very best diving in Egypt’s sumptuous marine parks
Few liveaboards have the service or experience to rival that of Grand Sea Serpent. At 41 meter’s from stern to bow she is huge by any standards and luxurious. Enjoy the envious looks from others as you pull up to the reef on board this beautiful boat with her sleek, classic lines and spacious dive deck. Hundreds of divers have chosen Grand Sea Serpent to make their diving holiday all the more magical – come and discover why!
There are 12 cabins in total sleeping 24 divers in complete comfort. There are 4 twin cabins on the bridge level. There are then a further 6 twin cabins located downstairs. And if you like a double bed, please remember to request cabin 7 or 8 with us.
No matter which cabin you have, all are top class accommodation with en suite (enjoy the multi jet shower after a dive!), plenty of storage and a small fridge. The decor throughout is tasteful and light to add to the airy atmosphere. Grand Sea Serpent is fully equipped to cater to every divers need – be that as a recreational diver, photographer or technical diver. A Haskell pump on board enables gas mixes to be custom blended. There is space aplenty on the back dive deck, which sits at a comfortable height for diving from the boat or one of the two zodiac tenders. She has powerful engines to make light work of the journey between dive sites. And while you speed off to your next dive, relax in the comfort of the saloon or catch some rays on the sun deck.
